This women’s circle is going to have a lot more connection and deeper diving into ourselves. ❤️
We’ll still have nourishing refreshments, structured water and tea, somatic dance to move, release, and reconnect with our bodies, and of course, we’re going to continue having sound baths.
But this time, we’re also going to spend more time talking and exploring what’s really going on underneath the surface.
During the sound healing bath, we’ll move into a visualization to help us step into a new way of being — connecting with the version of ourselves we’re becoming and empowering this new way of showing up.
We’ll have space to really feel and embody that shift, and then come back together for more discussion and deeper reflection so we can begin taking this new way of being with us beyond the circle.
It’s going to be a beautiful night of connection, movement, sound, reflection, and becoming.
