Rest & Renewal Retreat
Come Back Home to Yourself
On the Lake
April 22-25 2027
Private Womens Lakefront Retreat
Morse Reservoir
Cicero–Noblesville Area
You deserve space to reconnect with the woman underneath all the roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
When was the last time you truly gave yourself permission to slow down? Not to catch up on your to-do list. Not to take care of everyone else’s needs, but to simply breathe, be present, and reconnect with yourself.
Between the endless responsibilities, the mental load, the expectations, and the pressure to keep everything together, it’s easy to lose touch with the woman beneath it all.
Imagine giving yourself permission to prioritize your own well-being and approaching your relationships, responsibilities, and dreams from a place of greater clarity rather than constant overwhelm... You don’t have to wait until you’re completely exhausted to give yourself the care and connection you deserve. And you don’t leave that feeling of peace behind when you pack your bags.
You leave with tools & practices that you can return to again and again, when life becomes overwhelming.
A Space to Breathe, Reconnect, and Grow
Women’s Sisterhood retreats are an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space where you can exhale, let your guard down, reconnect with yourself and other women in meaningful ways.
Here, you don’t have to be the strong one. You don’t have to have all the answers. You can show up exactly as you are, be heard without judgment, and experience the power of being surrounded by women who are navigating their own journeys of growth, healing, and self-discovery.
Because something powerful happens when women come together with open hearts.
Through shared experiences, heartfelt conversations, and the wisdom of the women around you, you may discover new perspectives, recognize patterns you’ve been ready to change, and find clarity in places where you once felt stuck.
Sometimes, another woman’s story helps you understand your own. Sometimes, hearing someone put words to an experience you’ve struggled to explain brings a sense of relief and belonging. And sometimes, simply being seen, heard, and understood is all you really needed.
An Experience That Nourishes Your Mind, Body, and Soul
Through a blend of somatic practices, breathwork, mindful movement, sound healing, meditation, journaling, spiritual wisdom, and intentional reflection, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with your body, release accumulated tension, and explore the beliefs and patterns that may no longer serve you.
As you create space to listen inwardly, you begin to reconnect with your intuition, recognize what you truly need, and gain clarity about the choices and changes you want to make in your life.
Imagine giving yourself permission to prioritize your own well-being and approaching your relationships, responsibilities, and dreams from a place of greater clarity rather than constant overwhelm. You deserve to experience what it feels like to care for yourself as deeply as you care for everyone else.
Your Journey Back to Yourself Begins Here
We believe transformation begins when you create space and give yourself permission to slow down, listen to your own inner guidance, and explore what needs attention, that new possibilities can begin to emerge. You'll gain a toolbox of practices to take home with you. To release, to calm, to sooth and to create the experiences that bring you happiness and joy. This is your invitation to lay down the heaviness you’ve been carrying, nurture your mind and body, deepen your spiritual connection, and rediscover the woman underneath all the roles and responsibilities you hold.
To remember that you matter, too. To reconnect with your own wisdom. To make room for more peace, more joy, more meaningful connection, and a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

The goal isn’t to fill every minute. The goal is to create the space for whatever you need. And Yes… There Will Be Good Food. This is a retreat, after all. You won’t have to worry about planning meals, figuring out where to eat or trying to squeeze everything into your day. Meals, drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the retreat so you can relax and enjoy being taken care of. My intention is for the entire weekend to feel nourishing, beautiful and intentional — from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
A Small, Intimate Retreat
This retreat will intentionally be kept small. I don’t want you to feel like a number in a room full of strangers. I want you to have the opportunity to actually connect. To be seen. To be heard. To laugh. To open up if you choose. To have meaningful conversations. To make new friendships. And to have enough space to experience the retreat in your own way.
There will be opportunities for deep connection, but there will never be pressure to share more than you want to share.
Imagine knowing how to help yourself when life feels overwhelming.
Knowing how to use your breath to settle your body and mind. How to move emotions through your body instead of continually carrying that heaviness with you. How to shift your energy, reconnect with joy, listen to your intuition, and become intentional about creating a life you genuinely love.
Your Invitation to Reconnect Starts Here
This is your invitation to come home to yourself. To release what you’re ready to leave behind. To reconnect with the woman, you are underneath it all. To restore your energy. To remember what matters. And to step forward into your next chapter with a little more clarity, a little more connection, and a lot more you.
Reserve your spot at the retreat today and give yourself the gift of YOU

Just look at this place! It’s a beautiful four-story lakefront home right on Morse Reservoir, with 800 feet of lakefront, a private sand beach, multiple decks, cozy spaces to relax, and SO many ways to enjoy the outdoors.
There are kayaks, paddle boards, a lily pad, outdoor games, a fire pit, plenty of places to sit and relax, and even a huge back deck where we can gather together.
Inside, there’s a beautiful gourmet kitchen, a large dining area, a great room with a fireplace, a game room, theater room, pool table and tons of space for everyone to spread out.

Meet the Host and Faciliators

Christina Goff
For more than 30 years, I’ve been exploring spirituality, emotional healing, manifestation, and the connection between our inner world and the lives we create. My journey began as a little girl in church, and over the years, life’s experiences led me down a path of self-discovery, healing, and a deeper understanding of myself and my relationship with God.
As I explored the teachings of spiritual teachers like Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer, I became fascinated by how our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and energy influence our lives. My personal journey eventually led me to practice Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine and Ancient Egyptian Qigong. As I incorporated these practices into my life, I began experiencing physical changes, greater clarity, deeper intuition, and a stronger connection to my inner guidance.
As my knowledge and experience grew, I felt called to share what I was learning with others. I started a YouTube channel, sharing my insights and experiences, and began hosting in-person group gatherings that eventually grew into women’s circles.
My journey also led me to work in a spa, where I offered Reiki, EFT tapping, and Biofield Tuning. Over the years, I’ve taught energy work, manifestation, and healing practices, discovering how beautifully these modalities work together to support our mind, body, and spirit.
Today, I bring together more than three decades of learning, personal experience, and practice to help women reconnect with themselves, release emotional heaviness, and discover tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater peace, clarity, and confidence.
My own journey is still unfolding. I continue to explore the connections between spirituality, energy, emotional healing, and my relationship with God. I believe we never stop learning or growing, and I love helping other women discover what’s possible when they begin investing in themselves.
My passion is helping women find their way back to themselves, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create lives that feel more peaceful, joyful, and aligned with who they truly are.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for women who feel ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, release what they’ve been carrying, and create space for renewal.
When is the retreat?
The retreat takes place April 22–25, 2027. Optional early arrival is available Thursday, April 22.
Where is it located?
The retreat will be held at a peaceful lakefront property on Morse Reservoir in Cicero–Noblesville, Indiana.
What is included?
Your retreat experience includes accommodations, meals, workshops, guided experiences, breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, journaling, sound healing, sisterhood circles, and personal reflection time.
What specific tools will I learn at the retreat?
You’ll explore a variety of practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself and navigate everyday life. These include breathwork, somatic movement and dance, sound and toning, nervous system regulation techniques, manifestation practices, guided visualization, and exercises for connecting with your inner wisdom. You’ll also experience women’s circles and opportunities for meaningful connection and sharing.
How will these tools help me when I return home?
The intention is for you to leave with practices you can incorporate into your everyday life. You can use breathing techniques when you feel stressed, movement and sound for self-expression, and reflection or visualization to reconnect with your intentions. You’ll also explore ways to recognize when you’re becoming overwhelmed and choose practices that may help you settle and reconnect with yourself.
What is somatic dance, and why will we be doing it?
Somatic dance uses intentional movement and awareness of bodily sensations to support self-expression and connection with your body. During the retreat, we’ll explore movement as a way to express emotions, release physical tension, reconnect with yourself, and invite more joy and freedom into your experience. No dance experience is necessary.
What is toning, and do I need to know how to sing?
Not at all! Toning involves using your voice to create sustained sounds, often through simple vowels or humming. You don’t need to be a singer or have any musical experience. The practice is about exploring sound and self-expression, not performing for anyone else. You can participate at a level that feels comfortable for you.
Will I learn how to manage stress and calm my nervous system?
You’ll explore breathing, movement, and other practices intended to help you respond to stress and reconnect with a sense of calm. You’ll learn to pay attention to how you’re feeling and experiment with techniques you can practice when life becomes overwhelming. These practices are educational and supportive, not a replacement for individualized medical or mental health care.
What do you mean by manifestation and connecting with my future self?
We’ll explore practices that help you become clearer about what you want for your life, visualize possibilities, and connect with the person you aspire to become. Through guided exercises and reflection, you’ll have opportunities to consider what matters to you and identify actions you can begin taking now to move toward your vision.
Do I have to share personal experiences during the women’s circles?
You are welcome to share, but you won’t be expected to disclose anything you’re not comfortable discussing. The women’s circles are opportunities for connection, reflection, and listening. You can participate at your own pace and honor your personal boundaries.
Will I need to buy anything to continue these practices at home?
Many of the practices we’ll explore use resources you already have: your breath, body, voice, and imagination. You won’t need to purchase special equipment to practice the basic techniques you learn.
How is this retreat different from taking a vacation?
A vacation gives you a break from your usual surroundings. Rest & Renewal offers that opportunity to step away while also creating intentional space for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and self-connection. Alongside time to relax and enjoy the lakefront environment, you’ll experience guided practices and activities designed to support reflection, connection, and your personal well-being. The intention is for you to take home more than memories: you’ll also explore tools you can continue using in everyday life.
What kinds of activities and experiences will we have?
Your retreat experience may include energy work, sound healing, spiritual practices, guided reflection, and opportunities to connect with other women. These experiences are designed to create space for relaxation, self-exploration, and personal growth. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy the peaceful lakefront setting. Specific activities and the retreat schedule will be shared before your arrival so you know what to expect.
Will I learn practical tools I can use when I get home?
Yes! An important intention of Rest & Renewal is to help you explore practices you can bring into your everyday life. You’ll have opportunities to learn approaches that can help you pause when stress builds, reconnect with yourself, and respond more intentionally when life feels overwhelming. We want you to leave with ideas and practices you can return to long after your retreat ends.
What if I’m feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin?
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. You don’t need to have a plan for your life or know exactly what you want to change. This is an opportunity to slow down, give yourself some breathing room, and explore what you need in a supportive environment. You can come exactly as you are and allow the experience to unfold at your own pace.
Do I need experience with energy work, sound healing, or spiritual practices?
Not at all. You don’t need previous experience with these modalities to participate. The retreat is an opportunity to explore the practices offered, learn something new, and discover what resonates with you. You are encouraged to approach the experience with curiosity and participate in ways that feel comfortable for you.
What if I’m nervous about coming alone?
It’s completely understandable to feel nervous about attending a retreat on your own, especially if you’ve never done anything like this before. Rest & Renewal is an opportunity to spend intentional time with yourself while also connecting with other women who are making space for their own well-being. You don’t need to arrive knowing anyone. You can come as you are and allow connections to develop naturally.
Will I have time to relax and enjoy the lake?
Yes, the lakefront setting is an important part of the retreat experience. Alongside the planned activities, the intention is to give you space to slow down and enjoy being away from your everyday responsibilities. You’ll have opportunities to appreciate the surroundings and make time for yourself. Please refer to the final itinerary for the specific schedule and available activities.
What makes this retreat a luxury or upscale experience?
Rest & Renewal combines an intimate women’s retreat experience with a beautiful lakefront setting and upscale accommodations. The environment, the opportunity to step away from everyday demands, and the intentional experiences offered all contribute to the overall retreat. Specific accommodation features, amenities, meals, and inclusions will be outlined in the retreat details so you know exactly what your registration includes.
What is included in the retreat price?
Your registration includes the accommodations, activities, and other amenities specifically listed in the retreat package. Details about meals, refreshments, retreat sessions, and any additional expenses will be provided with the booking information. We want you to understand exactly what’s included before you reserve your place.
What should I bring?
You’ll receive a recommended packing list before the retreat. Generally, you’ll want comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, any medications you normally take, and items that help you feel comfortable during your stay. Depending on the final itinerary, you may also want clothing appropriate for spending time outdoors by the lake.
What if I’m not comfortable sharing personal things with a group?
You are welcome to participate at your own comfort level. A retreat can be a meaningful opportunity for reflection and connection without requiring you to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. You can engage with the activities and other participants in ways that feel appropriate for you. Your personal boundaries matter.
How do I reserve my place at Rest & Renewal?
You can reserve your place through the registration link on this page and at the bottom of the page. Because this is intended to be an intimate retreat experience, the number of available places may be limited. Please review the retreat dates, pricing, what’s included, and the booking and cancellation policies before completing your registration.
