What if the thing standing between you and the life you want isn’t a lack of ability… but the parts of yourself you learned to hide?
Maybe there are parts of you that became quiet because of pain, rejection, judgment, disappointment, or experiences that taught you it wasn’t safe to fully be yourself.
So you learned to hide your voice. Your desires. Your gifts. Your power. Your truth. And over time, those old experiences can create false perceptions about who we are and what’s safe for us. Without even realizing it, we can start making decisions from those wounded or hidden parts of ourselves.
This circle is about beginning to bring those lost pieces of you back home. Not by forcing yourself to be more visible or pushing past your fear, but by gently recognizing what has been hidden, releasing the beliefs and perceptions…
