Move the energy LIVE! An online event
About the event
Are you carrying stress, emotional heaviness, or tension that you just can’t seem to think or talk your way out of?
Sometimes, we need to do more than talk about what we’re feeling. Sometimes, we need to get out of our heads, reconnect with our bodies, and give ourselves permission to move.
Join me for a unique, uplifting online experience combining somatic dance, Eden Energy Medicine movements, vocal sounds, and guided imagination to explore new ways of working with your body to release and let go..
Through music, movement, sound, and intention, we’ll create space to release tension, awaken joy, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of our bodies.
🎶 SOUND. MOVEMENT. ENERGY. INTENTION. DISCOVER THE POWER OF SOUND
Using your own voice.. We’ll begin by exploring simple vocal sounds of the Sonic Anatomy chart and the work of Sing the Body Electric.
